Tech Savvy University is a safe, inclusive, and professional training environment. These rules exist to protect every trainee and ensure the best possible experience for all.

Zero ToleranceRule 1 of 5

Zero Tolerance for Prejudice & Discrimination

Tech Savvy University is built on the foundation of radical inclusion. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for prejudice, discrimination, or harassment of any kind — including but not limited to race, skin color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, socioeconomic background, or class status. Every trainee deserves to train in an environment free from bias, elitism, and hate. Any violation of this policy will be treated as a conduct violation and handled accordingly.

Strict No-Politics Rule

To keep our training sessions focused, respectful, and welcoming to everyone, political discussions of any kind are strictly prohibited during training sessions, in course forums, and in any Tech Savvy University communication channels. This is a training space — not a debate floor. Regardless of your views, all trainees are expected to leave political topics at the door. Violations will be treated as a conduct infraction.

AttendanceRule 3 of 5

Attendance Policy

Consistent attendance is essential to your success. Trainees are considered tardy if they arrive more than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. Accumulating more than 3 tardy incidents within a single calendar month will be recorded as one unexcused absence. Trainees who accumulate 4 or more unexcused absences will be subject to an involuntary drop from the training course. It is your responsibility to manage your schedule and communicate any conflicts in advance.

ConductRule 4 of 5

Code of Conduct

All trainees are expected to conduct themselves with professionalism and respect at all times — toward trainers, fellow trainees, and staff. Any violation of the community rules or disruptive behavior will result in a formal documented warning. Trainees who receive 3 documented warnings will be subject to an involuntary drop from the training course. Warnings are cumulative and do not reset between training sessions.

Paid Training Service & Refund Policy

Tech Savvy University is a paid training service. Enrollment constitutes an agreement to abide by all community rules and policies. Trainees who are involuntarily dropped from a training course due to attendance violations or conduct infractions will not be eligible for a refund. By enrolling, you acknowledge that your tuition is non-refundable in the event of an involuntary drop. We encourage all trainees to review these rules carefully before enrolling.
